INGREDIENTS FOR GIZDODO

Ripped plantain
Chicken gizzards
Fresh tomatoes
Fresh scotch bonnet ( ata rodo)
Onions
Fresh ginger
Fresh garlic
Salt to taste
Seasoning cubes
Vegetables oil
Bell peppers

HOW TO PREPARE GIZDODO

* Cut the plantain into small cube sizes and fry till golden brown then set aside

* Wash, season and cook the gizzard with salt, ginger, garlic, onions, seasoning cubes, cook until it is soft then fry lightly and set aside

*Roughly blend the fresh tomatoes and peppers then cook until the water dry out

* Into a hot pan add the vegetable oil, some chopped onions, ginger, garlic, then the fresh tomatoes and peppers that was previously boiled, then fry till the tomato is well fried.

* Add seasoning cubes and salt to taste, then add the gizzard,bell peppers and toss very well then lastly add the fried plantains and toss everything together.
