Ajom Sunday was Hilda Baci’s right-hand man. He assisted her throughout.

Hilda Baci did not only smash the existing record of 87 hours 45 minutes set by Lata Tondon, but she also surpassed her goal of 96 hours, with a new target of hitting 100 hours, 40 minutes.

In as much as Hilda deserves all the accolades, her assistant Ajom Sunday @ajomsunday should definitely not be overlooked.

Ajom Sunday works as a chef at My Food By Hilda as Hilda’s assistant chef. He studied at Obafemi Awolowo University and is a native of Makurdi.

Sunday’s relentless and unyielding support was part of the ingredients which helped Hilda Baci become the ultimate record-breaker.
