Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri has addressed some of her colleagues who always claim to be wealthy yet all they own are shoes, bags, cars, etc. and have no major investments, but are quick to call people ‘broke’.

The actress wrote on her insta story:

 

Girls be fighting about what they have and what they don’t have, who is rich, and who is not rich. We, wealth and assets have no hiding place. So, next time you wanna call someone else broke, 1. Come prepared,  2. Table your assets bearing your names, then open account balance. If you’re not gonna do this, then get out and stop stressing us. Please note, assets doesn’t include, bags, shoes, cars and gold o….set awon wise investors “

Few months ago, Ruth Kadiri called out media mogul and owner of EbonylifeTV, Mosunmola Abudu popularly known as Mo Abudu and others for not recognizing her during the Eko Star film and TV award.

Ruth Kadiri who was sad about not being recognized congratulated the winners and also promised herself that she is going to work very hard and won’t give up.

She wrote,

“I am a film maker. I am a woman, I am a hardworking woman. I have faced the struggles every woman/filmmaker has faced. Did my name at any point pop up, Yes. But because I do not belong to a click. Yet again I have been overlooked”.

 

 

The movie star added that she will not bow to pressure, she wrote,

 

” I will not be pressured. I will keep working hard. @lagosstategovt @moabudu @ijayonah @nifsummit thanks for overlooking me and congrats to everyone who got recognized. 🎤 the film industry is controlled by women, so if you’re going to do it, do it right or don’t do it at all”
