“He doesn’t make noise about his success, Nah we gats brag for am”-Fans react as Flavour allegedly receives $3million for his Biopic on Amazon Prime

Nigerian highlife musician, Flavour N’Abania, has allegedly received $3M (N1.2bn) as an advance payment for his biopic on Amazon Prime Video.

According to reports, Amazon Prime is also set to kick off the production of the singer’s documentary.

Confirming the new, a Twitter user wrote; “A Nigerian musician received $3m as advance payment for his biopic on Amazon Prime. Guess who the musician is?”

Though he didn’t reveal the artiste name, Internet sleuths were able to do unground works and ascertain that he was referring to Flavor.

@Igbo Facts wrote: “Top Igbo Highlife musician, Chinedu Okoli, popularly known as Flavour N’Abania received $3M as advance payment for his biopic on Amazon Prime Video. It makes him the first African to enjoy such largesse. Undoubtedly, this will globally open more doors for Igbo finest musicians.”

Reacting to the new development, Fans of Nigerian singer, Flavour took to social media platforms to shower praises on him for living a low-key lifestyle and for not making noise like his colleagues despite receiving  such a huge deal from Amazon Prime.

They also used the opportunity to throw shade at other artistes.
