Popular relationship therapist, Blessing Okoro, widely known as Blessing CEO, has sparked reactions online following her recent remarks about celebrities and influencers new physical appearance.
In a video shared on her Instagram page, Blessing commented on the growing trend of extreme weight loss among celebrities and influencers. She noted that while staying fit is commendable, shedding weight to the point of appearing unhealthy should not be encouraged.
“Weight loss is good, but not when you start looking sick. They don’t only look thin, they look sick,” Blessing said, urging public figures to find a balance and prioritize overall health and wellness.
Her statement quickly stirred mixed reactions, with some agreeing with her take on extreme fitness trends, while others accused her of body-shaming Actress , Mercy Johnson who recently shared new videos and photos showing sudden weightloss.
As of now, Mercy Johnson has not responded to the criticism.
