“How I Felt The First Day I Performed As An Ex0t!c Dancer”- BBNaija, Chichi Shares He@rtbre@king Moment In A New Interview (VIDEO)
Big Brother Naija level up housemate and finalist, Chichi has revealed how she felt the first day she performed as an exotic dancer.
She said she didn’t want to do the job but she had no option than to do it because she needed money to get herself out of the situation she found herself in.
Also , she addressed the perspectives attached to exotic dancers stating that they are not always who the public thinks they are and most of them are doing the job due to some situations and predicaments they found themselves in.
Speaking in a recent interview with Heroes Daniels, she said;
“Here in Nigeria, they see exiotic dancers as non humans or the job is too dirty for a girl to do “.
“Firstly exotic dancing is a profession”.
“Secondly, not all exotic dancers are what you think they are”.
“Thirdly , you don’t know why they came into exotic dancing most especially the first day i danced on that pole and I know how i was crying when i was holding the pole dancing”.
“I know how i felt every night, I know how depressed i have been, how i wailed my pillows with tears every night, when it was time to go to work I would not want to go to work but at the same time i needed to make money to take myself out of what i was going through”.
“The only thing that saved me at that time was exotic dancing because when i asked for help they would ask for something else in return and i was very selfish with myself”.
“But i could not do that because i really needed something to save myself out and exotic dancing was the the only thing that saved mey”.
