Matthew Knowles Has Shared Online Lessons He Taught Daughters Beyoncé & Solange, Saying He Would Like Others To Consider Same Lesson

Taking to his Instagram account, Matthew Knowles, has shared some of the lessons he taught Beyoncé and Solange while raising to stardom on how to deal with situations of failure.

“One thing I taught Beyoncé and Solange was to practice failure,” he said “We would practice how they’d respond if their microphone got cut off, if their shoes broke on stage, if the wrong song got queued in their performance set. Anything can happen, and they were always prepared to have a response!⁠”

The Businessman went on to encourage others to do same, he added; “I would like for you to consider the same lesson. Whether you’re a performer or artist, or an entrepreneur or professional, practice how you’ll respond in the event you fail.

“It’s a skill that can and should be developed!”

Matthew Knowles is an American record executive, Businessman and University lecturer. He is also the manager of the American girl group called Destiny’s Child.

Knowles is the founder of Music World Entertainment, which embraces country, gospel and children’s music. Knowles is also an active and longtime voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) and serves on its Grammy Board Committee.

Mathew is the son of Matthew Q Knowles and Lue Helen. He has four beautiful kids with different women. He is the proud father of the music icon, Beyonce, and rising star Solange who helped them to reach the heights of their career. Mathew’s other children are Nixon, and Koi.
