Popular Nollywood actress and singer, Angela Okorie, is opening up about her personality and how she deals with hate and misunderstandings, both online and in real life. In a heartfelt post shared via her social media page, Angela described herself as a “free spirit” who carries no malice, forgives easily, and chooses peace over grudges.
“One thing you must know about me — I’m a free spirit and my heart is so pure towards everyone. I forgive easily and I don’t hold grudges no matter what, except you don’t know me in real life,” Angela wrote.
According to the actress, her outbursts or momentary expressions of anger are not signs of bitterness, but rather a personal mechanism to avoid harboring resentment.
“That my 5 minutes shout is needed ‘cos I don’t want to keep anybody in my mind. So once I shout or say what you did to me and you apologize, I will definitely forgive the person and move on,” she added.
Angela encouraged her fans to live life with love, laughter, and forgiveness, urging them to leave vengeance to God. She emphasized that people with pure hearts are always divinely protected, no matter what is said or done against them.
The actress also acknowledged her global fan base, who have stood by her and supported her music career, particularly her hit song “Legit.”
