Hours after popular skit maker, Basketmouth announced divorce with his wife, Elsie Okpocha, social media users have shared a recent video of her giving tips on having a successful marriage and relationship.

In the video seen, Elsie adviced single people that they must think well before choosing their partner and love is not enough to marry someone.

She also adviced married couples to be God fearing, committed, prayerful and united so as to make their union more stronger.

Her words;

Before you marry anybody make sure you use your head not your heart, love is important in marriage but not the thing that should guide you because love fades. It’s marriage, not a vacation, it’s a lifetime commitment, nobody goes into marriage hoping to get a divorce. Marry someone that has sense, that is the most important thing in marriage, in order to make the marriage work, both parties must be committed in prayer.
