May Yul-Edochie, popularly known as Queen May and estranged wife of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, has filed a N500 million legal demand against U.S.-based Yinka Omolola Theisen, the former fiancée of Linc Edochie, accusing her of cyberbullying, cyberstalking, and online defamation.

Through her legal team, Graylaw Partners, Queen May alleged that Theisen shared damaging content about her on Instagram, Facebook, and X, which she claims harmed her reputation and business interests.

The cease-and-desist letter demanded that Theisen immediately stop the alleged publications, withdraw all existing posts, issue public apologies, and publish retractions across all platforms where the content appeared. A 48-hour deadline was set, with a warning that civil and criminal proceedings would follow if she failed to comply.

“The publications complained of are malicious, injurious, and unacceptable. Our client has suffered severe and irreparable harm as a result, and she will not stand by and allow this misconduct to continue,” part of the letter read.

Queen May’s legal team stressed that the action was necessary to defend her rights, protect her privacy, and safeguard her professional standing from further harm.
