Kristin Cabot, a former executive at Astronomer, has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband following a widely publicized kiss cam moment with her boss during a Coldplay concert in July.
According to the Daily Mail, Cabot submitted the divorce papers in a New Hampshire court on August 13, less than a month after the footage of her and her also-married boss, then-CEO Andy Byron, went viral.
During the July 16 concert, Cabot and Byron were captured on the big screen with their arms around each other. Once they realized they were being broadcast, the duo attempted to hide their faces.

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin joked about the moment, saying: “Woah, look at these two. They’re either having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
The clip quickly spread on social media, leading to the identification of the pair. Byron resigned on July 19, while Cabot later stepped down from her HR role.
Julia Byron, who was previously married to Kristin Cabot’s husband, Andrew Cabot, told the Daily Mail that she began receiving messages after the incident gained public attention.
“I texted Andrew right after it happened, and he said: ‘Her life is nothing to do with me,’ and said they were separating,” Julia said.
She added: “He’s saying it has nothing to do with him, even though they were married and shared a house. But then, the only thing he cares about is money … He’s not a nice person. Now something not nice [has] happened to him.”
Julia said that many viewed the scandal as a case of “karma.”
“It was like: what you give, you get. Personally I don’t think he’s affected by what happened at all. I don’t think his feelings are hurt. He’s probably embarrassed, if anything,” she noted.
Julia also mentioned that this is Andrew Cabot’s third divorce.
“I wouldn’t say he’s husband material, but she doesn’t seem like wife material either,” she concluded.
