Music manager, Ubi Franklin has revealed the reason Afrobeat super star, Davido asked him to manage his fiance cum wife, Chioma Rowland.
In a recent interview he had, Franklin reveals that Davido and Chioma are as family to him and during his worst period, Davido was there for him, calling and making him laugh.
According to him, the “Stand strong” crooner had never judged him and in 2018, Davido called him to become Chioma’s manager just like that.
Showering accolades on the singer and his wife, Franklin stated that they have both stood by him, know and value him.
Franklin Ubi said that he values their relationship, adding that OBO and Chioma know they are safe around him.

Meanwhile, Ubi Franklin replied nollywood actress, Bella Ebinum and others who are criticizing him for tattooing singer Davido’s late son’s nickname on his hand.
It would be recalled that Ubi Franklin has yesterday showed off his new tattoo of late Ifeanyi’s nickname “Popsicle” on his hand.
The talent manager drew the name “Popsicle” accompanied with a dove by the side on his right hand with an olive branch in its beak.
Sharing a photo of his tattoo on his Instagram page, Ubi wrote the date “31:10:22”, which is the date Ifeanyi passed away.
Following this, actress Bella took to her social media handle to slam the talented manager for not tattooing his son’s name instead of Davido’s late son nickname. The actress is not only the one that has gone hard on Ubi, some netizens are in same opinion with Bella.
This has gotten Ubi to address the criticism he had been receiving for showing love and honoring late Ifeanyi.
