Bbnaija reality TV star, Erica Nlewedim has revealed she cries most times alone due to stress, but always have a smile on her face whenever she’s out.

Erica made this known after Peter Okoye shared a message encouraging and praising women for their resilience.

He wrote.

“You’d be surprised at how many times a woman sits in her car, or on her bed, or in the bathroom or in the living room and quickly cries cuz she’s so stressed. But when she shows her face again she looks perfectly fine, unbothered and still manages to smile and go about her business like nothing happened. Women are some of the most resilient creatures and they go through a lot…..if you’re a woman and you’re reading this, I just wanna appreciate you for being strong through it all.”
