“Men who disrespect their wives because of bride price they paid on them have shallow mindset”- Mavin Boss, Don Jazzy says
Nigerian hit singer and record producer, Michael Collins Ajereh popularly called Don Jazzy has lamented over the way some wives are treated by their husbands all because of the bride price their husbands paid on their head.
The Mavin record boss and founder took to his Twitter account to complain about this trend.
According to Don Jazzy, it is very clear that the reason men disrespect their wives and treat them like trash is because of the bride price they paid on them. He felt bride price gives such men the leverage to maltreat their wives. He wondered how such a trend can be curbed and how the multitude of men who do this can be educated. To Don Jazzy, men who do such things have shallow mindsets and need to be educated.
The 38-year old music executive tweeted,
“So apparently some of the men that disrespect and treat their wives like shit do so becos they paid some useless bride price. 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ . Kai how do we educate the multitude with this shallow mindset?”
