“Why You Shouldn’t Buy Goods In Dollars” – EFCC Tells Nigerians

Nigerian government body, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has revealed why Nigerians should stop buying things in dollars.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC stated that anytime Nigerian buy good in dollar, they devalue naira.

Nigeria’s financial body, EFCC further advised Nigerians to continue using Naira because it will make our currency, Naira popular and that way it will become a very valuable currency.

This was revealed via a recent tweet by  EFCC on X (formerly known as Twitter) via their verified page.

Sharing this on X, they wrote:

Any time you buy goods in Dollar
You devalue the Naira on a Regular
Patronize Naira and make it Popular Let’s make out currency Spectacular”
