How to behave as a lady when visiting your prospective in-laws for the first time – Rev. Funke Adejumo (VIDEO)
Nigerian pastor and marriage counselor, Rev. Funke Adejumo has educated single ladies on how to act when paying a visit to their potential in-laws for the first time.
The Reverend advised that girls don’t need to necessarily carry gifts or anything big, but maybe just a basket of fruits, and then kneel to greet her partner’s parents and she will stand only when she’s been asked to do so by her partner’s parents.
The counselor, further said that single ladies are not suppose to turn their heads, but only their eyes when entering their prospective in-laws home, they shouldn’t stain their dress when eating or drag a tough meat.
Although this might seem too traditional for the modern era ladies to do, but the message being passed is that ladies should be cooperate with their behaviors when dealing with their prospective in-laws.
