“I Stopped Sleeping With My Husband Three Years Before Divorce” – Kaffy Reveals As She Speaks On Her Failed Marriage And Childhood Trauma (Video)
Popular Nigerian dancer, Kaffy, has opened up about the circumstances that surrounded her failed marriage, her childhood traumas and others.
This single mom whose real name is Kafayat Oluwatoyin Shafau, revealed this while speaking during an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo.
Speaking about her childhood traumas, Khafi revealed that her parent’s marriage was fraught with domestic violence and that it had a negative impact on her.
According to her, her parents fought each other with whatever objects they could find in the house and it got to a point she began to hide knives and other dangerous objects from them.
On her failed marriage, Kaffy stated that if she had known, she would not have jumped into marriage.
The dancer revealed that she stopped sleeping with her ex-husband, Joseph Ameh, three years before their marriage officially ended.
She added that the mistake she made going into marriage was expecting her husband to make her happy.
“It’s selfish to put your happiness on another person,” She stated as she reveals that going celibate was how she started healing from her husband’s betrayal and infidelity.
