“Love Isn’t Enough, I Need a Billionaire Husband” – Tacha (VIDEO)

Former Big Brother Naija star Natasha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has stirred online reactions after declaring that love alone is not enough reason for her to get married.

Speaking during an interview with Yanga FM Lagos, Tacha explained that her perspective on marriage has shifted since gaining fame and becoming financially independent.

She stated that she can no longer consider marriage based purely on affection, emphasizing that her ideal partner must be financially and socially compatible.

“I can’t marry just for love. I’m looking for a billionaire. I’m a millionaire, so my potential husband should be richer than me. I’m certain I can’t marry for love,” she said.

Tacha further explained that before joining Big Brother Naija in 2019, she might have considered marrying for love, but her current success and lifestyle have changed her outlook.

According to her, fame and financial growth have reshaped her understanding of relationships, making wealth and compatibility key considerations in choosing a partner.

She noted that marrying someone who doesn’t match her financial level or lifestyle could create friction in the future.

Despite her high standards, Tacha made it clear that marriage is not currently at the top of her priorities.

She added that her main focus remains on advancing her career, expanding her businesses, and leveraging her platform to build long-term wealth.
