But beyond the party details, what truly caught fans’ attention was Cardi’s outfit — a loose-fitting red dress that seemed to hint at a possible fourth pregnancy.

The Am I the Drama? artist didn’t offer any clarifications in the caption, simply ending the post with a heartfelt shoutout to her daughter. However, her followers quickly flooded the comment section with speculation.
