Tragedy strikes Nollywood following the sudden passing of talented actor, Ayobami Olabiyi.

The tragic passing of Ayobami Olabiyi was announced by his colleague, Bolts Omoduayo, in an Instagram post.

His post described the late actor as an individual whose legacy will forever be cherished.

Although Bolts Omoduayo’s post didn’t disclose the cause of Ayobami Olabiyi’s passing, it highlighted the actor’s profound impact on the Nollywood industry, emphasizing that his demise is a significant loss.

His post reads, “We are deeply saddened by this loss. His kind heart, bright spirit, and impact on those around him will never be forgotten. May his soul rest in peace, and may his family and loved ones find strength and comfort during this difficult time”.

According to online reports, Ayobami Olabiyi passed away at the University Teaching Hospital, UCH, due to an undisclosed illness.
