Why I Did Not Throw A Birthday Party This Year-BBN Star, JMK Gives Heart Touching Reasons

Big Brother Naija star, JMK has revealed why she did not throw a party to celebrate her birthday this year.

The reality TV star whose birthday was yesterday stated that due to so many things which happened to her this year especially the fire incident on the 16th of November, she chose to thank God instead. JMK also revealed that her eatery ‘JMK Eats’ will be launched soon as all is already set.

She wrote,

“The best birthday isn’t the one
celebrated with a major party; I chose not to throw a party (despite the pressure from all angles to have one) because this year has been filled with a lot of highs and lows; all I wanted to do on my birthday was to thank God for my life and for his blessings thus far.
Had the worst experience of my life November 16th. I could have died from the fire outbreak because the AC that caught fire was right above my head when the fire started and I was sleeping. I’m still here, in good health, no scratches, just material loses (which I’m recovering gradually).
My tears right now stem from a place of gratitude. The highs. The lows. The
blessings. The lessons. The
setbacks. The comebacks.
The love. The hate.
Everything.

that took the time to wish me a Happy
Birthday yesterday! It was a truly
wonderful day – perfect in so many
ways big and small!

I also want to say thank you
to the rare few individuals(family and friends) in my
life who have listened without
