“My Father Converted to Christianity Because of Food”– Skitmaker Shank Comics Opens Up In Interview (VIDEO) 

Nigerian skit maker and internet personality Adesokan Emmanuel, widely recognized as Shank Comics, recently opened up with a surprising and personal story about his father’s conversion to Christianity.

In a widely circulated interview with a fellow content creator in Canada, Shank recounted how his father converted from Islam to Christianity — all because of food.  

“I’m a Christian, but I still go by my Muslim name, Saheed,” he shared. “My dad was once a Muslim, but he was really hungry one day, and a church gave him food. That moment changed everything. That was how he became a Christian.”

With a hint of humor, he added, “My dad’s cheap. We were just hungry.”

The video quickly gained traction online, prompting a flurry of reactions. While many viewers found the story amusing, others were surprised by how such a simple gesture could inspire a major life change.
