“Yes, the accident happened, and it was terrifying” — Skitmaker Nasboi says as he Narrowly Escaped Car Crash (VIDEO) 

Popular skit maker and musician Lawal Nasiru, better known as Nasboi, was involved in a car accident on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, in Abuja, Nigeria. His vehicle collided with a parked trailer, but thankfully, he walked away unharmed. 

Nasboi, who is on a 36-day nationwide tour to secure a feature with singer Davido, went on Instagram Live shortly after the crash to reassure his fans. “It’s crazy, but we thank God nobody got harmed. No injuries at all,” he said, sounding relieved. He also shared a photo with the caption, “Thank God for life. Few hours ago!! No injuries sustained, No single scratch. Now I’m thinking if I should stop or to continue.”

In a press statement, Nasboi opened up about the incident. “Yes, the accident happened — and yes, it was terrifying. But I am alive, and for that, I am grateful,” he wrote. He added, “This journey is no longer just about music… It’s about showing the world, and myself, that once I set my heart on something, I finish it.” 

Nasboi made it clear he won’t let fear stop him, stating, “We rise not by convenience, but by conviction.” Despite the scare, he plans to continue his mission to collaborate with Davido, showing his determination and resilience.
