Actor Sylvester Stallone’s wife files for divorce after 25 years of marriage

76-year-old American actor, Sylvester Stallone’s wife, Jennifer Flavin Stallone, has filed divorce paperwork to end their 25-year marriage.

The 54-year-old businesswoman and former model filed the petition last week in a court in Palm Beach County, Florida, according to online court records.

 

She said the marriage was “irretrievably broken,” according to court documents obtained by The Palm Beach Post.

AP reports that is seeking exclusive use of their home in Florida — they own another in California — and has asked to have her name changed back to Jennifer Flavin.

She also is asking for a greater share of their assets, alleging the actor deliberately squandered money that should be available to her.

The couple got married in London in 1997 and shares three daughters: Sophia, 25, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.
