“For Your Sanity, Have Zero Expectations From People…..” – Bbnaija Bambam Pens Powerful Advise

Reality TV star and brand influencer, Bamike Olawunmi-Adenibuyan, also known as Bambam has penned down powerful words of advice on how to live longer and happier.

The beautiful mother of two lovely kids took to her Instagram stories moments ago, to advise that for the sake of sanity, if one has zero expectations from people, the person is likely to live longer and happier.

 

Bambam also advised that people should not judge anyone or any situation based on the opinion of others, especially when there’s no explicit revelation of the situation.

 

In her words, she wrote; “For your sanity, have zero expectations from people… you’d live longer and happier.

Don’t judge anyone or any situation based on the opinion of other people, if you don’t have explicit revelation of the situation.”

In other news, Reality TV star and brand influencer, Abiri Oluwabusayomi better known as Khloe has addressed the challenge she faced following her leaked nude photos.

 

 

Khloe whose nude leaked while getting a butt enlargement cosmetic surgery revealed in an interview with Jude Jideonwa, the emotional damage she found herself in after the incident.

 

In her words, “Why was I lying unconscious on a bed out of surgery and somebody that has a soul took a picture and sent to one stupid dirty-ass blog?
I was suicidal; that was the only time the media got to me in my whole life. Thank God I have great people around me, my friends and they were amazing, and my mom, my dad, my aunts. You know when they say people are suicidal, I laugh. But when that picture got to my phone I couldn’t think of anything everything was black,” Khloe revealed.

 

“That night was dark. I don’t even want to talk about it; I’m having goosebumps already. For anybody that’s trying to take their life, please think of your mother or your father.
You might be at peace, or be in hell, but the pain will linger on their mind every time, every day,” she added.
