Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra share first photos of baby after 100 days in ICU

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra welcomed their baby girl, Malti Marie, home on Mother’s Day weekend after their little girl spent more than 100 days in the hospital intensive care unit.

Sharing her first photo on Instagram, Chopra and Jonas wrote:

“We are overjoyed that our little girl is finally home, and just want to thank every Doctor, nurse and specialist at Rady Children’s La Jolla and Cedar Sinai, Los Angeles, who were there selflessly every step of the way,” they concluded.

“Our next chapter begins now, and our baby is truly a badass. Let’s get it MM! Mommy and Daddy love you.”

Chopra and Jonas then added their own custom Mother’s Day message to the posts.

Priyanka Chopra wrote:

“There is no one I’d rather do this with than you. Thank you for making me a mama @nickjonas I love you ❤️.”

Nick Jonas also appreciated his wife:

“Babe, you inspire me and every way, and you are taking to this new role with such ease and steadiness.”

“I am so grateful to be on this journey with you,” he added. “You are already an incredible mother. Happy Mother’s Day. I love you.”

The couple have been married for three years. They tied the knot in 2018 in an extravagant three-day affair in India.

In March 2020, Chopra opened up on parenting in an interview with Tatler magazine, “It is something that I definitely want to do and I’m hoping that whenever God wills it, at the right, opportune time, it’ll happen.”
